Claudio Ahlers is a fine art photographer based in Bristol, England.

Working from his studio in Stokes Croft he often develops his projects in collaboration with the people he photographs. Drawing inspiration from the rich history of photographic art, the theatre, the moving image and the people he works with, he aims to create intimate, truthful, unique and engaging still photographs that ask questions about the self and resonate with our feelings and ideas about our  place in this world.
